The production of high precision turned and milled parts is carried out with our modern machinery, which is equipped with the latest machining technologies. With the know-how and experience of our employees, we offer the highest precision in the production of individual as well as series parts in a wide range of component sizes from all machinable non-ferrous metals, stainless steels and plastics. Further manufacturing possibilities are die sinking and wire eroding, cylindrical and surface grinding as well as honing and deep hole drilling.

Based on parts lists and drawings, we commission and assemble subassemblies according to specified standards for a wide variety of technology areas in vacuum coating technology, medical technology, analytical technology, food, automotive and general mechanical engineering. In doing so, we conscientiously apply the standards required for the respective process technologies in terms of cleanliness, precision and surfaces.

The cleaning and finishing of surfaces according to drawing specifications and customer requirements is part of our portfolio. HV2 cleaning and bake-out of components according to vacuum standards, glass bead blasting and rough blasting, dry ice cleaning as well as various surface refinements such as silvering, gold plating, electropolishing, anodizing and thermal coatings as well as lacquering are supplied by us according to customer specifications.

We guarantee continuous monitoring of the entire production chain using, among other things, stationary and mobile 3D measuring technology from Keyence, as well as all common measuring methods.
